Something I like to do is add a person's personality to an image. It seems to me a lot of corporate head shots are pretty sterile. I mean, they're technically correct, they show the face and the lighting is nice, but so often the people in the shots might as well be cardboard cutouts. I really believe a shooter needs to get some interaction going, loosen the people up and let them have some fun. Let the person inside show through. Does that make sense? I think it's doable while still maintaining the "professional, corporate look". At any rate, these are a few images I created the other day for some financial advisors in Tucson. We had a lot of fun.
